Salesforce NPSP for a medium sized not-for-profit organisation engaged in fundraising and service delivery
Our Client’s Challenges
This long established organisation had all of their business functions & processes based on paper, numerous spreadsheets and an Access database.
They tried to engage a Salesforce partner to implement NPSP but struggled to find one who could deliver within their budget.
The manual processes and scattered data made it increasingly difficult for them to scale, fundraise and deliver services as a professionally managed outfit.
Salesforce Solution
We delivered the solution in two phases. One focussed on constituent management – donors, grant makers, volunteers etc. The other focused on service delivery in the areas ranging from domestic violence to transportation services.
Salesforce.org Nonprofit Cloud and “Volunteers for Salesforce” was customised to meet their unique requirements. This also included integration of their choice of payment gateway eWay and a Donor community based on Salesforce Experience cloud.
The service delivery functionality was developed using Salesforce platform technologies including Apex & Lightning.
